The shortlisted for the 2013 Jameel Prize are: Faig Ahmed, Nada Debs, Monir Fatmi,Rahul Jain, Waqas Khan, Dice Kayek, Laurent Mareschal, Nasser Al Salem, Florie Salnot and Pascal Zoghbi.

Last year ArtProjects and Solutions curated and organised the conference Museum for Skills, held on 10 May 2010. The conference explored the value of skills, how we can preserve the skills we need and develop new skills for the future. Keynotes were delivered by Dr Iain McGilchrist, Prof Roger Kneebone and Prof Trevor Marchand. Funded by Norske Kunsthandverke and the Royal Norwegian Embassy and supported by the British Council and ArtQuest. The keynotes and panel discussion are available on:
